Idaho Pasture Pigs
We found Idaho Pasture Pigs and have fallen in love with them. They are not your typical pig. We have raised pasture type pigs in the past. But these are amazing! They are less apt to root up your field. They have a friendly, gentle and often comical disposition. They make great additions to small family farms with children. They produce a darker meat with succulent flavor. It takes about 8 to 10 months to raise them to butcher weight of 220 to 250 pounds. Adult breeding pigs average 350 for sows and 450 for boars. We raise and sell breeding stock and feeder piglets. Once you try them you won't go back to other breeds!
